Peter J. Losavio JR, Super Lawyer 2010-2011, is Certified  by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is one of only 300 with this certification in the US. His professional certifications include: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Board Certified Tax Law Specialist, Board Certified Estate Planning Administration.  Losavio is accredited with the VA.

Kent S. DeJean has over thirty years experience in law practices including Social Security Disability, Successions, Bankruptcy, Family Law including Divorce, and is accredited with the VA.

Brian Munson is a native of New Orleans. After attending Jesuit High School, Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Brian returned to New Orleans to receive his JD from Tulane University’s School of Law.  While there, Brian was a member of the Business Law Society, VITA, and a student-member of the Tulane Inn of Court.  Brian then received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Houston’s Law Center.  After practicing on his own in New Orleans, Brian joined the law firm of Losavio & Dejean in Baton Rouge in June 2012.

  1. How can you get a power of attorney for my 97 yr old mother that has dementia.? She doesn’t have a will or medical directive. She is being cared for in & is a Louisiana native.
